Municipal Commissioner and District Election Officer Mumbai - Shri Bhushan Gagrani, Election Observer - Shri Narinder Singh Bali, Suburban and Additional District Election Officer - Shri Rajendra Kshirsagar, Jt. Municipal Commissioner Vishvas Shankarwar & Deputy Municipal Commissioner - Shri Vishvas Mote, Deputy Commissioner BMC - Assistant commissioner Chakrapani Alle, Manish Walanju and Deputy Collector and Returning Officer for 165 Andheri West - Vaishali Pardeshi Thakur.
